Service Description

LIMITED COLLECTION Viewing - Same day appointments are very limited due to many clients booking weeks in advance. The customer must have at least two hours prior to appointment time to allow preparation. Only certain employees are trained and employed for appointments section. Therefore staffing levels have to be planned accordingly. A maximum of five outfits being shown and from that two pieces can be only tried on. This is due to the time limitation of the appointment. We will deduct the cost of this appointment from your purchase or REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT FOR APPOINTMENT AT THE END OF THE APPOINTMENT NO REFUND FOR NO SHOW OR LATE ARRIVALS

Cancellation Policy

We will not rebook clients that cancel last minutes we loose genuine clients. (Only one client per time a lot) Max 3 People can attend appointment
